卵・乳・小麦不使用のブルーベリームースケーキです。(大豆・ゼラチン・りんご含）

旨みの強いブルーベリーをペースト状にしてクリームと合わせ、ふんわり柔らかなムースに仕上げています。

〇ケーキは冷凍便にて発送いたしますので、
冷蔵庫で２～４時間解凍後お召し上がりください。
お子さまのお誕生日ケーキにもおすすめですよ。

ホールのケーキの食べ残しが出ましたら、その日のうちに、おやつサイズに切り分けて、それぞれラップで包んで下さい。タッパーなどに入れて冷凍保存して下さい。おやつ時に、その都度解凍して楽しませてあげて下さい。

有機豆乳（国産大豆）・ブルーベリー果肉・植物油脂・米粉（国産）・きび砂糖・コーンスターチ・菜種油・ゼラチン・発酵調味料
ベーキングパウダー（アルミ不使用）・乳化剤・安定剤（加工でんぷん・ガラギーナン）・増粘剤（ローカストビーンガム・グァーガム）

This blueberry mousse cake is egg-, dairy-, and wheat-free. (Contains soy, gelatin, and apples.)

Delicious blueberries are ground into a paste and combined with cream to create a soft, fluffy mousse.

please thaw it in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours before serving.
It's also recommended as a birthday cake for children.

If you have leftover whole cake, cut it into snack-sized pieces that same day and wrap each piece in plastic wrap. Store in a Tupperware container or similar container in the freezer. Defrost and enjoy each piece as a snack.
