こちらのお店はコンタミネーションに配慮した工房で作られたケーキやデリカッセンが並ぶお店です。
誰もがショーケースの中から「選ぶ」という体験ができるお店となります。
飲食店：Cafe Mutter（神戸市東灘区魚崎）
こちらのカフェは卵や乳製品や小麦などを使用した商品と使用せずにお作りした商品がある「混合店」となります。
そのため、コンタミネーションには対応しておりませんのでご注意ください。
※魚崎店でのアレルギー対応商品の販売・受渡も一部行っておりますのでご利用くださいませ。

ムッターでは、アレルゲンの少ない環境での製造を行っております。材料については、アレルゲンが含まれていなことを確認しておりますが、材料の中には、同一工場内でアレルゲンを含む商品を製造している会社から仕入れている物があります。
また、アレルギーの症状は個人により異なりますので、アレルギー症状が出ないことを保証するものではありません。
同じく、アナフィラキシーには対応しておりませんので、ご了承ください。

商品を複数お買い求めいただいた場合は、なるべく同梱致します。
その際、クレジット決済の場合は事前に差額を調整し返金させていただいております。
その他の決済方法の場合は、発送時に口座番号をお伺いし返金対応となります。
箱のサイズが決まっておりますのでどうしても入り切らない場合は複数個口になってしまうことをご了承くださいませ。

It's a new way of eating that everyone can enjoy together. Physical store: CAKE & DELI Mutter (Higashimachi, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture) . This store offers cakes and delicatessen items made in a contamination-conscious workshop . Everyone can experience "selecting" from the display case. Restaurant: Cafe Mutter (Uozaki, Higashinada Ward, Kobe City). This cafe is a "mixed store" that offers both products made with eggs, dairy products, and wheat, as well as products made without them . Therefore, please note that we do not address contamination concerns. *We also sell and deliver some allergy-friendly products at the Uozaki store. Please call us to make a reservation for a smooth transaction. Please feel free to contact us. *************************************************************************************************************** *We do not manufacture any products containing eggs, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts (the eight major allergens), or tree nuts at our manufacturing facility. At Mutter, we manufacture our products in an allergen-free environment. While we have confirmed that our ingredients are allergen-free, some ingredients are sourced from companies that manufacture products containing allergens in the same factory. Furthermore, because allergic symptoms vary from person to person, we cannot guarantee that allergic reactions will not occur. Please note that we do not provide anaphylaxis care. -Shipping Information- If you purchase multiple items, we will try to ship them together whenever possible. In such cases, if you pay by credit card, we will adjust the difference in price and refund you in advance. For other payment methods, we will request your account number upon shipping. Please note that due to the limited box size, if an item cannot fit in the box, it may be shipped in multiple packages. -Cancellation Information- As these products are made to order, cancellations of orders are not accepted. *A 100% cancellation fee will apply. - Regarding date and time changes - If there is a change in the date and time of arrival or in-store pick-up of your ordered product, please contact us as soon as possible via "Inquiries". *All products are shipped frozen. Once you receive your product, please refer to the enclosed eating guide before eating. - Thawing guidelines - Cake: Whole cake - Refrigerate for about 4 hours Cut cake - Refrigerate for about 2 hours
