ホールのケーキの食べ残しが出ましたら、その日のうちに、おやつサイズに切り分けて、それぞれラップで包んで下さい。タッパーなどに入れて冷凍保存して下さい。おやつ時に、その都度解凍して楽しませてあげて下さい。

大切にお作りしたケーキ、Mutterは発送梱包には万全を尽くしております。
まずはご到着後、ケーキの中身をご確認ください。
繁忙期、配送業者さんの側で配達事故が起きていないかのご確認をお願い致します。

万一ケーキが壊れていた場合は、下記の手順をお願いします。
１　写真を撮る
２　ご自宅担当のクロネコヤマトさんに連絡する
３　クロネコヤマトさんと、弁償するか代替品を用意してもらうか、というお話になります。その場合、証拠品として、壊れたケーキ現物をクロネコヤマトさんにお渡ししなければなりません。
４　クロネコヤマトさんから弊社に、代替品をお渡しするか連絡が入ります。

大変お手数ですが以上の手順を踏んでいただくことになります。

This gorgeous bouquet-like
cake is decorated with fresh fruit and other ingredients for a delicious, gentle flavor.
Its size (15cm) makes it perfect for small celebrations or small parties.
Made with plenty of fresh strawberries, this cake delightfully combines the sweet and sour flavor of soy milk cream.

Refrigerate and thaw for 2-4 hours before serving.
It's also recommended as a birthday cake for children

. If you have leftover whole cake, cut it into snack-sized pieces and wrap each piece in plastic wrap. Store in a Tupperware container or other container in the freezer. Defrost and enjoy whenever you want.

During peak seasons, please ensure the delivery company has not experienced any damage during delivery.

If your cake is damaged, please follow the steps below:
1. Take a photo .
2. Contact Yamato Transport
, the person responsible for your delivery. 3. Yamato Transport will discuss whether to offer compensation or provide a replacement. In this case, you must provide the actual damaged cake to Yamato Transport as evidence.
4. Yamato Transport will contact us to see if they will provide a replacement.
