このガトーショコラは・・・
アレルギー対応チョコレートを使用し、柔らかな繊維質に焼き上げています。
また、お子さんに配慮してチョコレート、ココアの分量を配合していますので、苦みもなく皆さんに美味しく食べて頂く事が出来ます。

こちらのケーキは冷凍便にて発送となります。
アレルギーケーキは解凍し常温に近い状態でお召し上がりいただくと一番おいしくお召し上がりいただけます。
お子さまのお誕生日ケーキにもおすすめですよ。
～美味しい食べ方～
生地の性格上、冷たいほどに固くなりますので、ケーキを、お食べになる３０分程前に冷蔵庫から出して、室温に近い状態にしてください。（食事を始める際に、冷蔵庫から出しておく事をお勧めします。）
または、カットしたケーキをレンジでほんのり温めると香り高く美味しくより美味しくお召し上がりいたたげます。

ホールのケーキの食べ残しが出ましたら、その日のうちに、おやつサイズに切り分けて、それぞれラップで包んで下さい。タッパーなどに入れて冷凍保存して下さい。おやつ時に、その都度解凍して楽しませてあげて下さい。

This gateau au chocolat is
made with hypoallergenic chocolate and baked to a soft, fibrous texture.
The chocolate and cocoa content has been carefully adjusted to accommodate children, ensuring a pleasant, non-bitter taste.

This cake will be shipped frozen.
Allergy-friendly cakes are best enjoyed thawed and served near room temperature. It
's also recommended as a birthday cake for children.
How to Enjoy It:
Due to the nature of the dough, the colder it gets, the harder it becomes. Therefore, remove the cake from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving and allow it to come to room temperature. (We recommend removing it from the refrigerator before serving.)
Alternatively, slightly warming the sliced cake in the microwave will enhance its aroma and flavor.

If you have leftover whole cake, cut it into snack-sized pieces and wrap each piece in plastic wrap. Store in a Tupperware container or similar container in the freezer. Defrost and enjoy each piece as a snack.
