しっとりとした生チョコレートに兵庫県産米粉のさっぱりとしたスポンジがよく合います。

〇ケーキは冷凍便にて発送いたしますので、
解凍し常温に近い状態でお召し上がりいただくと一番おいしくお召し上がりいただけます。
お子さまのお誕生日ケーキにもおすすめですよ。

解凍後、表面にうっすら水分が出ますが、品質に問題はありません。気になる場合は、ティッシュペーパーで軽く含ませて取り除いてください。

美味しく食べるために・・・
生地の性格上、冷たいほどに固くなりますので、ケーキを、お食べになる３０分程前に冷蔵庫から出して、室温に近い状態にしてください。（食事を始める際に、冷蔵庫から出しておく事をお勧めします。）

ホールのケーキの食べ残しが出ましたら、その日のうちに、おやつサイズに切り分けて、それぞれラップで包んで下さい。タッパーなどに入れて冷凍保存して下さい。おやつ時に、その都度解凍して楽しませてあげて下さい。

米粉（国産）・きび砂糖・コーンスターチ・カカオマス・ココアバター・植物油脂(国内製造)・有機豆乳（国産大豆）・ゼラチン・発酵調味料/ベーキングパウダー(アルミ不使用)・乳化剤・安定剤（加工でんぷん・ガラギーナン）・増粘剤（ローカストビーンガム・グァーガム）

This is a fresh chocolate decorated cake made without eggs, dairy, or wheat. (Contains soy, gelatin, and apples.)
The moist fresh chocolate complements the refreshing sponge cake made with rice flour from Hyogo Prefecture.

This cake will be shipped frozen, so
it tastes best when thawed and enjoyed at room temperature. It
's also recommended as a birthday cake for children.

After thawing, a slight amount of moisture will appear on the surface, but this does not affect the quality. If it bothers you, lightly soak it with tissue paper to remove it.

For the best taste...
Due to the nature of the cake, the colder it gets, the harder it becomes. Therefore, remove the cake from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving and allow it to come to room temperature. (We recommend removing it from the refrigerator before starting a meal.)

If you have any leftover whole cake, cut it into snack-sized pieces and wrap each piece in plastic wrap. Store in a Tupperware container or similar container in the freezer. Defrost and enjoy each piece as a snack.
